The Museum is housed on the top floor of the prestigious theater "La Loggia" in Cison di Valmarino area of about 250 square meters where, at the time, are exposed 72 specimens.
The exhibition covers a period from 1920 until the 70s and is designed to highlight not only the technological evolution and aesthetics of the radio, but also the different social and cultural function in the time covered by this item.
The alternation of memorabilia and images it creates an immediate reference to the historical moment and recalled to the social role played by radio.
Among the pieces on display there are some particularly valuable as the Sluchawscki Detefon Mod DT2, a very small but highly efficient crystal radio Polish 1920, the American RCA Mod. Radiola 18, 1928 - '29 with its beautiful furniture in walnut and the speaker said "hat of Napoleon", the radio-Safar Mod 2940 designed in 1938 by a distinguished cisonese, Eng. Virgilio Floriani.
The exhibition is also equipped with an audio-visual system which allows interaction with the visitor.
